Introducing Kardo, the next generation Application Delivery Controller

Today we are introducing Kardo, the Application Delivery Controller we have been building at Axiv Networks.

Kardo brings together what usually takes several products:

• an L4-L7 load balancer built on HAProxy, IPVS and nftables, with HTTP/3, TLS offload and zero-downtime reloads;
• a learning WAF with self-building policies, suggestions and incidents;
• GeoLB/GSLB with an authoritative DNS server and health checks across sites;
• clustering with Raft-replicated configuration and VRRPv3.

Run it anywhere

Kardo ships as a VM (OVA, qcow2, VHD(X) and cloud images), as a bare-metal installer and as a hardware appliance, always the same hardened image with A/B updates.
